Services:
Project Management:
• Timeline and deadline tracking.
• Resource planning and task delegation.
• Sprint planning and status reporting.
Operations & Systems:
• Building and optimizing workflows (Notion, ClickUp, Asana).
• Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
• File management and digital organization.
Creative Execution:
• Graphic Design: Branding, social assets, layouts.
